What to do when an applicant cannot import data from another client

If an applicant has already submitted an application to another client using AppliTrack, that information can be imported when submitting a new application.

Here's how:

1) Begin a new application on the district's employment or job opening page.

2) When an applicant enters an e-mail address that has been used in another application, the applicant will automatically be prompted to import the information:

Note: This page can also be accessed by selecting "--Import Existing Data--" from the Current Step dropdown menu of an existing application.

Import 

Important: if the applicant's e-mail address does not match the previous application exactly, that application will not be available to import.
